Why I started family treasures

​

Family treasure come in all forms, Art Work, Letters, Jewellery, Diaries, Clocks, Grandmas Recipes, Stories, Instruments and of course Photos.

A few years ago, I started working on my family tree, connecting the boxes, filling in the names. I was able to put a face to many of my ancestors with the help of some beautiful formal portraits which I had been given. 

I have scanned and restored these photos ready to share with the next generation.​​​ We all need to think about how we want to be remembered.
